Would be very handy with cases like this. She likely was very dehydrated. When so listless like that, they aren’t able to drink enough. If able to give IV fluids, it’s like EMTs on the ambulance that can start IVs and give fluids right away. I think too much like a nurse I guess, but in all actuality with everything that you do to help these poor puppies, having a vet teach/authorize you to give IV fluids in cases such as this would be WONDERFUL. Hey, I finally donated as promised and I hope this wil help these fur babies. She’s a sweet little sugar dumpling and needed being rescued bc she would not have made it. I think you should name her Beauty bc she’s a cute little girl. She was starving and I am glad you gave her more to eat after her bath. She was clearly starving and hadn’t eaten in a long time. That man should be starved and in prison for doing this to a dog and a girl puppy at that.
